Target Audience:

Attendance: Approximately 2,000 perianesthesia nursing professionals practicing in all phases of preanesthesia and postanesthesia care, ambulatory surgery and pain management. Supporters and exhibitors are recognized in the syllabi and multiple publications reaching the ASPAN membership of 14,000 supporting the interests of the 55,000 registered nurses practicing in the U.S. ASPAN delivers excellent booth traffic, unopposed exhibit hours and strong supporter acknowledgement and exposure. ASPAN members represent the front line of pain management and patient care pre-and post surgery. Reach the influencers of medical product purchasing and policy for hospitals across the country.

2011 Schedule

ASPAN has incorporated some major enhancements for the upcoming conference: 

      HOURS: We have significantly increased dedicated exhibit hours at the conference

The Monday Grand Opening rush is expanded to two and a half hours with exhibitors.

We will have lunch served for all attendees and exhibitors on the exhibit hall on Tuesday. (The lunch will not be complementary, but will be affordable, and will draw the audience of approx. 2,000 Nurses to the exhibit floor for two hours of high traffic mid-day.  We’ve closed the exhibit floor during the slow period 2pm-5pm  to give everyone a break and then added another two additional hours of dedicated exhibit hours on Tuesday evening.   

On Wednesday morning we’ve expanded the exhibit visitation break to two hours, before tearing down to go home.

We are looking forward to increased exhibitor exposure, hours,

and booth traffic in 2011.
